Sienna formed in late 1996 and lasted exactly 2 years. The long version of the story is in a PDF included with the download, but the short version is that Rob and Ann had recorded parts on White Town songs for Jyoti in 1995/96, and, both being band-less at the time, he suggested that they join forces to write songs. So they did.

A decidedly unprepared-for demo was recorded for EMI in March 1997 so that they could keep us hostage should the White Town version of Wanted become a hit (spoilers - it did not become a hit) and then lots of home demos and a handful of gigs over the following year, culminating in the Only Everything single on AAS in May 1998.

When bass player Stewart left the band in June 1998, no obvious replacement was forthcoming and eventually after the next bass player (which we *think* was Ollie from Lazer Guided) also stood down, the band ceased altogether.

An anthology of these collected recordings was first planned in 2006 and even given a catalog number, but never materialised for various reasons including uselessness.

The 25th anniversary of the lone single release seemed as good a reason as any to finally put that right, so here you are.
